A Studio Visit with Phil Brooks.

A stove-top Coffee, conversation with a cat and elderly dog, an envious tour of the home oozing with style and a lot of conversation and laughter….this is the result. Phil is a deep thinker; she analyses her work over and over again and only sends out pieces of which she is convinced. Given the time it takes to make each piece, it is wonderful that we are the lucky recipients of a new body of work, just delivered.

Phil is going from strength to strength, perfecting her skill and defining her style. Her background in textile and interior design is evident in each piece she handles, where proportions, shapes and surface designs are challenged and played with.
