Handthrown Ceramics by Sue Dasler

Sue mixes her own design style with colours, shapes and glazes referencing the 70s pottery scene in New Zealand. Called the Ake Ake Bottle Vase, it displays the green colour of its’ namesake shrub or tree, often seen in the Wellington green belt of Sue’s home town. This vase has a cousin in white/green, with the white one being larger and slightly more contemporary with the white contrast. The black-green is more authentic in the nod to the 70s design… Gorgeous and functional…
