Hand-thrown Ceramic Vessel by Anne Hudson

After a trip to Antarctica, Anne Hudson became somewhat obsessed by representing the frozen landscape into her ceramic hand-thrown and sculpted forms. The deep through to ice blues combined with the blue-white of the white-bodied clay is enhanced by painted gold onto the deliberate cracked surface….an icicle in a piece.
