Returns + Exchanges
At Artform we want to ensure that you love your purchase and are happy with the quality and fit. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the product/s. Provided that the product/s are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging as it was.
For full price items, we will either exchange it, replace it, or provide a store credit. Sorry, we don't offer refunds.
For sale or discounted promotional purchases, we can offer an exchange or store credit to be used at a later date.
Items purchased in our physical stores must be returned to the store it was purchased from. Items purchased online can be returned to our head office address 2 Matakana Valley Road, Matakana, Rodney 0985.
If you are returning for exchange or credit for change of mind, this will be sent at your cost. Please email email@example.com if you are sending a return with your request for exchange or store credit. Please give your order number as a reference
We can not accept unused goods in damaged or missing packaging unless they are faulty.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange for a courier pick up and full replacement of the goods. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
If the item was purchased as a gift, and there is reason for exchange or return, the gift giver must keep record of the receipt to receive the solution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Contact us at email@example.com for options.
